Be Careful What You Wish For

It has been two weeks since I began my crafty adventure. When I started, I wondered how I would find the time to dedicate to creating and posting. I thought how wonderful it would be if I were old enough to retire. Well, I guess the universe must have heard me wishing for more free time because I will soon have more time than I know what to do with. I was recently informed that I am being laid off. I guess I have no excuses now. I have to re-focus my energy and create a new “work” schedule dedicated to this crafty life. I hope that I can bring joy and inspiration to at least one person. That would make me feel like I am a success at creating handmade kindness. Wish me luck!

I am the mother of four, grandmother of ten and wife to my wonderful husband of almost 40 years. I am finally retired and have chosen to focus my extra time on papercrafting. I am fortunate to be a part of several design teams and love working with each of them. I am fortunate to have a very supportive family and am sure they will continue to support me during this endeavor. Thank you for joining me on this new and exciting venture.
