I just love using up my patterned paper so I used a card sketch to make six quick cards using 6×6 patterned paper from my stash.
I made several Christmas cards using the November 2020 Sheetload of Cards sketch by Call Me Crafty Al. Her monthly sketches are available for download to her subscribers so go over to her channel (https://www.youtube.com/callmecraftyal) and subscribe for some creative fun. I made these cards to add to my stash of cards for my annual Christmas card donation. I’m about 50 cards away from the 300 I need to have done by December 1 so this card sketch helped me to make cards quickly. In fact, I will be making a dozen or two more using this card sketch. Thank you Alicia for making the last minute crunch time easier to get through.
I used a paper pad I had in my stash from Hobby Lobby as well as some pink and white card stock from Michaels. I cut out circles from white card stock, using nesting circle dies by We Are Memory Keepers. I also die cut some scallop circles (Sizzix) from pink card stock in my stash. For the sentiment, I used the Holiday Seals stamp set by The Stamping Village. The stamp I chose to use was by Studio Katia. I stamped the image/sentiment in Versafine Claire Nocturne ink, which allowed the beautiful papers to be the focus of the cards. This made putting them together fairly quick and easy, which always makes me happy.
